OPEN TO ELIGIBLE RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND WASHINGTON, D.C., AND BRITISH COLUMBIA AND ONTARIO, CANADA WHERE A RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN VENDOR IS LOCATED, AND WHO ARE AT LEAST THE AGE OF MAJORITY AND RESIDING IN THE ELIGIBLE GEOGRAPHIC AREA. Promotional Period: The 2025 Renew Your Home Sweepstakes (this “Promotion”) is a series of four separate sweepstakes periods: period one commences at 12:00:01AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 13, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on April 13, 2025 (“Promotion Period One''), period two commences at 12:00:01AM EST on April 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on July 14, 2025 (“Promotion Period Two”), period three commences at 12:00:01AM EST on July 15, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on October 13, 2025 (“Promotion Period Three”), and period four commences at 12:00:01AM EST on October 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on January 12, 2026 (“Promotion Period Four”). Promotion Period One, Promotion Period Two, Promotion Period Three and Promotion Period Four are collectively referred to as the “Promotion Periods”. These Official Rules shall serve as the official rules for each of the Promotion Periods. All Promotion entries for a respective Promotion Period must be received prior to the end time and date specified for such Promotion Period as stated above. Entries submitted past the expiration of the respective Promotion Period will be accepted for the subsequent Promotion Period, so long as it is not the expiration of the end time and date for Promotion Period Four. If an entry is submitted past the expiration of the end time and date for Promotion Period Four, then the entry will not be accepted and will be destroyed. This Promotion consists of a grand prize sweepstakes (the “Grand Prize Sweepstakes”) and weekly sweepstakes (each a “Weekly Sweepstakes”) for each Promotion Period. A Grand Prize Sweepstakes prize will be awarded at the conclusion of each Promotion Period and a Weekly Sweepstakes prize will be awarded at the conclusion of each week of each Promotion Period. A “Promotional Day” means any day of the week during the Promotion Periods from 12:00:01AM EST to 11:59:59PM EST.
Administrator/Sponsor: The Promotion is administered by Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Drive, Atlanta, GA 30318 (“ BRANDMOVERS” or “Administrator”) and the sponsor of the Promotion is Renewal by Andersen LLC, 9900 Jamaica Avenue South, Cottage Grove, MN 55016 (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility: The Promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia (“DC”), British Columbia and Ontario, Canada, who currently reside in a ZIP code or postal code in which a Renewal by Andersen vendor is based (each, an “Renewal by Andersen Location”), and who are at least the age of majority in the state/province of residency at the time of entry. Void outside of the 50 US states and DC, British Columbia and Ontario, Canada, and where prohibited. Potential entrants may check the eligibility of their ZIP code/postal code and whether they reside in an Renewal by Andersen Location by visiting www.renewalbyandersen.com (the “Website”), and inputting their ZIP code into the respective field. Employees (and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related) of BRANDMOVERS and Sponsor, and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, sponsors, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and third party fulfillment or judging agencies (collectively, the “Promotion Entities'') are not eligible to enter or win any of the Sweepstakes or Weekly Sweepstakes.
How to Enter: THERE IS NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS PROMOTION. During the applicable Promotion Period, complete the entry form available at a participating Renewal by Andersen trade show and place your completed entry in the on-site entry box or visit the Website and follow the links and instructions to navigate to the Promotion-specific page of the Website, and complete the required registration fields.

Sweepstakes Entry: For each in-person entry, complete and submit the entry form with all required information, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. For online entries, follow the on-screen instructions provided in order to: (a) enter the Promotion by completing all required fields contained on the Website, including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted); and (b) electronically agree to accept these Official Rules (collectively, “Online Entry”), upon which you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: Each participant may enter one (1) time each Promotional Day, using either method of entry described above. Only one (1) entry is allowed per email address. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. An “Authorized Account Holder” means the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder. Non-winning entries from each Promotion Period will not be carried over into subsequent Promotion Periods. For example, at the conclusion of Promotion Period One, non-winning entries from Promotion Period One will not be eligible entries for Promotion Period Two, Promotion Period Three, or Promotion Period Four.
Weekly Drawing: Upon completing each Online Entry into the Promotion, an entrant will automatically advance to the Thank You screen and have the option to receive one (1) Weekly Sweepstakes entry for the applicable Weekly Sweepstakes, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded in connection with each Grand Prize Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion during each Promotion Period (each a “Grand Prize”). One (1) Grand Prize winner (each a “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received during the applicable Promotion Period. Each Grand Prize Winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion Period. Such random drawings will be held on or about the following dates: Promotion Period One – April 14, 2025, Promotion Period Two – July 15, 2025, Promotion Period Three – October 15, 2025, and Promotion Period Four – January 13, 2026. Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) gift certificate/voucher usable for Renewal by Andersen® products, and accompanying installation (each such gift certificate/voucher expires twelve (12) months after issuance). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $10,000. Grand Prize is non-transferable except only with Sponsor’s prior written consent. No substitution of Grand Prize will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Grand Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Each Grand Prize Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Grand Prize receipt and/or use of the Grand Prize. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per entrant among all Renewal by Andersen Locations. The number of eligible entries received during each respective Promotion Period will determine the odds of winning each Grand Prize. The total ARV of all four (4) Grand Prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $40,000.
Weekly Prizes: Thirteen (13) weekly prizes (each, a “Weekly Prize”) will be awarded in connection with the Weekly Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion during each of the four (4) Promotion Periods, as follows. For each Weekly Sweepstakes, one (1) weekly winner (each a “Weekly Winner”) will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received between Sunday and Saturday of each week in each Promotion Period, to be held on or about the Tuesday following each week in each Promotion Period (each, a “Weekly Drawing”). Each Weekly Prize consists of one (1) $25 Starbucks gift card (reloadable at the Weekly Winner’s cost). Weekly Prize is non-transferable except only with Sponsor’s prior written consent. No substitution of a Weekly Prize will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated Weekly Prize should become unavailable for any reason. The number of eligible entries received during the applicable week of each applicable Promotion Period will determine the odds of winning each Weekly Prize. Each Weekly Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with Weekly Prize receipt and/or use of the Weekly Prize. Starbucks is neither affiliated with nor an endorser of the Promotion. Limit one (1) Weekly Prize per entrant among all Renewal by Andersen Locations. ARV of each Weekly Prize is $25. The total ARV of all Weekly Prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $1,300.

ARV of ALL PRIZES to be awarded in this Promotion is $41,300.

Notification: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Promotion, and the selection of each potential winner, are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. Each potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. Upon receiving a potential winner’s notification response, Administrator may send each potential winner an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity (where legal) and Liability Release (if a United States resident) OR a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release (if a Canadian resident) (each of the foregoing, a “Release”), which will need to be completed, signed and returned to Administrator within seven (7) days of receipt of each such Release. If a resident of Canada, the potential winner must also correctly answer a time-based mathematical skill-testing question by phone, without assistance of any kind, prior to and as a condition of being declared a winner under this Promotion. If any potential winner notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable or if potential winner cannot be reached within seven (7) days of the first attempt to contact the potential winner, the applicable prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate potential winner, time permitting. Administrator and Sponsor are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, or illegible entries. By signing a Release, each winner acknowledges acceptance of and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners must continue to comply with all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements in these Official Rules. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. If a resident of Canada, the alternate winner must also correctly answer a time-based mathematical skill testing question by phone or in person, without assistance of any kind, prior to and as a condition of being declared a winner. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Each prize awarded in connection with this Promotion will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the applicable drawing.

Liability Release: By receipt of any prize under this Promotion, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in this Promotion or receipt or use or misuse of any prize awarded under this Promotion.

Publicity: Except with respect to Tennessee residents and where prohibited, participation in this Promotion constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes, in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify this Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of this Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such any attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. By entering and participating in this Promotion, each entrant and winner: (a) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules: (b) agrees that the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor relating to this Promotion are final and binding in all respects; and (c) warrants that such entrant is eligible to participate in and enter this Promotion.
Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or this Promotion generally; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of this Promotion or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by entrant’s participation in this Promotion or any winner’s receipt, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with this Promotion. If, for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in this Promotion, during the applicable Promotion Period. If the Sponsor discontinues this Promotion for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes described herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as described in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes.
Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota or the appropriate Minnesota state court located in Washington County, Minnesota; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota.
