“2026 RENEW YOUR HOME” SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. BY ENTERING, EACH ELIGIBLE ENTRANT AGREES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. ELIGIBILITY

The Renewal by Andersen 2026 Renew Your Home Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (“DC”) (except for Hawaii), and of British Columbia and Ontario, Canada, who currently reside in a zip code or postal code served by an authorized Renewal by Andersen retailer (visit renewalbyandersen.com to check if your zip or postal code is included in an eligibility area) and who, at the time of entry, (a) are at least the age of majority in their state/province of residency, and (b) are an owner of a primary or secondary residential property (excluding manufactured homes, boats, commercial structures, and units in multi-family residences) (each, an “Eligible Entrant”). Void in Hawaii, and outside of the remaining 49 US states and DC, and outside of British Columbia and Ontario, Canada, and where prohibited. Employees of Renewal by Andersen LLC (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, advertising agencies, and any other entity involved with the design, production or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively with Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate family (i.e., spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations.  Participation constitutes Eligible Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.  Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

3. Sweepstakes Periods and Entry Pools:

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 12, 2027 (the "Sweepstakes Period").  The Sweepstakes Period consists of twelve (12) monthly entry periods and prize pools, and four (4) Grand Prize entry periods and prize pools, as described below.

a. Monthly Entry Periods – The twelve (12) monthly entry periods each begin at 12:00:00 ET on the first day of the applicable month (except for the first monthly entry period, which begins at 12:00:00 ET on January 13, 2026) and end at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of any such month, (except for the last monthly entry period, which ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 12, 2027). All entries received during a monthly entry period and non-winning entries from a prior monthly entry period will be entered into that monthly entry period’s random drawing pool for a chance to win a Monthly Prize (each, a “Monthly Entry Pool”).

b. Grand Prize Entry Periods – The four (4) Grand Prize entry periods will occur as follows:

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry into this Sweepstakes:

a. Renewal by Andersen Trade Show or Event: To enter via this method of entry, any time during the Sweepstakes Period, an Eligible Entrant can attend a trade show or other event where a Renewal by Andersen booth is present that has Sweepstakes entry materials at the booth. Once there, complete and submit the entry at the booth by the end of the applicable trade show or event to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes; OR

b. Renewal by Andersen Website: To enter via this method of entry, an Eligible Entrant can visit https://renewyourhome.featuredpromo.com (the “Website”) during the Sweepstakes Period to complete and submit an entry via the online entry form, and agree to these Official Rules, to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. Only one (1) entry is allowed per email address. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry that is late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, illegible, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, stolen, inaccurate or is affected by other technical glitches of any kind associated with the entry process. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the end day of the applicable entry period in order to be included in that entry period’s random drawing.

5.Monthly and Grand Prize Random Drawings & Winner Notifications:

a. Monthly Drawings: One (1) Monthly Prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries in the applicable Monthly Entry Pool, to be conducted by Administrator on or about the fourth business day immediately following the end of each corresponding monthly entry period (for a total of twelve (12) monthly Prize winners during the entire Sweepstakes Period). Odds of being a monthly Prize winner depend on the number of eligible entries in the applicable Monthly Entry Pool. Non-winning entries in a Monthly Entry Pool will continue to be eligible for future Monthly Entry Pools until the end of the Sweepstakes.

b. Grand Prize Drawings: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected from all entries in each applicable Grand Prize Entry Pool, to be conducted by Administrator on or about the Grand Prize Entry Pool Random Drawing Dates set forth in the Grand Prize Periods and Drawing Chart in Official Rule #3 above (for a total of four (4) Grand Prize winners during the entire Sweepstakes Period). Odds of being a Grand Prize winner depend on the number of eligible entries in the applicable Grand Prize Entry Pool. Non-winning entries will continue to be eligible for future Grand Prize Entry Pools until the end of the Sweepstakes.

c. Winner Notification & Verification: Each potential Prize winner will be notified by Administrator via email and phone, on or about the day they are selected as the potential Prize winner (a “Winner Notification”) and that potential Prize winner must reply to the Winner Notification to verify their mailing address (no PO boxes) within forty-eight (48) hours of Administrator’s sending the Winner Notification. Failure to respond to the Winner Notification within seven (7) days will be deemed forfeiture of the Prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Administrator may select up to five (5) alternate winners in this Sweepstakes for any Prize where a potential winner fails to respond to the Winner Notification within the seven (7) day time period, and will go through the same Winner Notification process as stated above with any alternate potential Prize winner. In the event Sponsor is unable to award a Prize after the initial potential Prize winner and all five (5) alternate potential winners fail to respond to the Winner Notification as required above, that Prize will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for Winner Notifications that are undeliverable, not received, go into a SPAM folder, or go unanswered, for any technical glitch associated with the Winner Notification, or for any other reason that interferes with the Winner Notification and verification process. If any potential Prize winner is a resident of Canada, the potential Prize winner must also (in addition to responding to the Winner Notification as required above) correctly answer a time-based mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind prior to and as a condition of being declared an official Prize winner in this Sweepstakes. Each potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility or Declaration of Eligibility (for Canadian residents) and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) and an IRS Form W9 (only for US residents) (collectively, the “Release Documents”) within seven (7) days of Administrator sending the Release Documents, or Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion using the same alternate process set forth in Official Rule #4 (c) above. Grand Prize winners who are US residents will be issued an IRS Form 1099 for the actual value of the prize for the calendar year in which the prize is awarded.

THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR, AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

6.Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”):

The prizes to be awarded under the Sweepstakes (each a “Prize”) are: Four (4) Grand Prizes (one (1) per Grand Prize Entry Period) – A $25,000.00 gift certificate, voucher or other form of credit (“Credit”) usable toward the winner’s purchase of any Renewal by Andersen® products and installation services for the primary or secondary residence of the Eligible Entrant winner. ARV: up to $25,000.00 USD each. Credit expires 12 months after issuance. Credit is not redeemable for cash and must be used toward future purchases of Renewal by Andersen® products and services only, or may be applied to purchases of Renewal by Andersen® products made by the Grand Prize winner on or after the date of their entry into the Sweepstakes. Credit is not transferable (except by written consent of Sponsor, to be granted at Sponsor’s sole discretion, and only to someone who complies with the eligibility requirements in Official Rule #1) or substitutable by the Grand Prize winner, but Sponsor may substitute the Grand Prize for one of equal or greater value for any reason, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Credit is subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on or accompanying the Credit, including but not limited to, the expiration date printed or accompanying the Credit. Twelve (12) Monthly Prizes (one (1) per Monthly Entry Pool) – A $100.00 Visa e-gift card. ARV: $100.00 USD each. Visa e-gift cards are subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions printed on or accompanying the e-gift card. E-gift cards are not redeemable for cash and are not substitutable by a winner, except that Sponsor may substitute the e-gift card for a prize of equal or greater value at Sponsor’s sole discretion for any reason. All federal, state and local taxes associated with accepting any Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is up to $101,200.00 USD.

7.Entry Conditions and Release:

 By entering, each Eligible Entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability (including, but not limited to, negligence) and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to Eligible Entrant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of a Prize and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of an entry.

8.General Conditions:

 All entries are the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an Eligible Entrant who submits more than the one (1) permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Prize in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Sweepstakes as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor.  Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and to void all associated entries, and/or Prize claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9.Disclaimers:

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Eligible Entrant, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries, or Prize claims, the announcement of the Prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Eligible Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize. If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Eligible Entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that the Sweepstakes has not been terminated or ended.

10.Disputes/Governing Law/Limitations of Liability:

Except where prohibited, Eligible Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota or the appropriate Minnesota state court located in Washington County, Minnesota; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will Eligible Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of Eligible Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Minnesota or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Minnesota. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO ELIGIBLE ENTRANT.

11.Privacy & Data Collection:

 All personal information that Eligible Entrants submit in connection with the Sweepstakes will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.andersenwindows.com/support/privacy/.  Sponsor collects certain categories of personal information and uses this information in various ways, including, without limitation, order fulfillment and providing product information and services. 12. Winners List

 Requests for a list of the winners of the Sweepstakes will only be accepted between the Sweepstakes end date (listed above) and June 30, 2027.
